Any defective merchandise or DOA must adhere to the following conditions unless otherwise agreed upon:

• Return must be made within 30 days of invoice date
• All returns must be accompanied with a RMA form
• All products must be returned complete and in its original condition, packaging, and with its original instructions.
• Any phone being returned must have less than 30 minutes talk time.
• Please refer to the RMA form for all other instructions
